Wilmington Pirate Festival Returns!
The Kalmar Nyckel Foundation invites you to join us for the popular Wilmington Pirate Festival!
Saturday, July 8th, 2017 from 10 AM - 4 PM.
The Wilmington Pirate Festival will feature a day of pirate and maritime-themed activities offered on land, both at the Kalmar Nyckel’s Shipyard and historic Fort Christina, and on the ship itself.
The day of fun will include:
· Pirate demonstrations, history, and lore taught by the Crewe of the Archangel and the Vigilant Crew.
· Tours of the Kalmar Nyckel and historic Fort Christina Park
· Musical performances by Pirates For Sail
· Pirate Parade
· Pirate Crafts*
· Pirate face painting*
· Food Trucks*

Parking is FREE on the 7th Street Peninsula by the 7th Street Skatepark with a shuttle taking guests to the festivities!
