Kalmar Nyckel Foundation's 6th Wilmington Pirate Festival is cancelled. Next year we plan to come ashore with pirate-themed activities and family friendly events including tours of KALMAR NYCKEL, our Tall Ship, filled with a salty pirate crew!
Join the fun at the Kalmar Nyckel's Copeland Maritime Center and campus and Fort Christina Park:
Pirate Demonstrations and Cannon Drills
· Tours of the Kalmar Nyckel with friendly pirates*
Live Pirate Music
· Hoisting sails in our Maritime Center, Black Smith Demonstrations
· Pirate Crafts and Face Painting*
· Food Trucks, Cold Beer and more!**

Free Parking and Shuttle Bus
Handicap parking: the lot across the street from the Kalmar Nyckel Shipyard entrance, 1124 E. 7th St., Wilmington, DE 19801. Vehicles with valid placards or handicap license plate will be permitted.
