Volunteering Options
Our volunteer program began in 1998 with Kalmar Nyckel and continues to offer extraordinary opportunities to get involved year-round. Today, 230 active volunteers support our mission aboard ship and ashore. Learn to sail, help maintain the ship, bring history to life through educational programs for children, lend a hand at community events, and more. No experience is needed. We’ll teach you!
